APPOINTMENTS:

All appointments are booked throughout our booking system Fresha. For all bookings you will be asked to confirm your appointment with your card details to accept our cancellation policy. There will be no charge on the day of the booking. However, for all late cancellations & no-shows, Balear Cosmetics has the right to charge. Your appointment is only secured once its confirmed by card. If you do not confirm your appointment by card, Balear Cosmetics has all rights to cancel your appointment. ​

CANCELLATIONS:

Please note 48 Hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. for all late cancellations within 48 hours 50% of the total treatment price will be charged. for no-shows (not turning up for your appointment without cancelling) we charge 100% of the total treatment price as we are unable to re-sell the reserved treatment time. Cancellations should be made per email, whatsapp or calling us on +34 665 415 013.

PUNCTUALITY AND COURTESY:

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, we will always attempt to complete all appointments at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client and consultation.

Please be aware that client data will need to be captured therefore, a longer consultation will be needed if it is your first appointment. We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation form, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.

PREPAID COURSES OF TREATMENTS:

Have a validity of 12 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

GIFT VOUCHERS:

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Balear Cosmetics Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.

PRICE ALTERATION:

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

DATA SECURITY:

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS:

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. This is for your own safety. Balear Cosmetics does not take any responsibility for false or wrongly stated information.

HYGIENE

Salon hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness. We therefore ask all clients to enter the salon clean.

PAYMENT

Most Credit and Debit Cards are accepted.

PATCH TESTING

Patch Testing required for clients who would like treatments that have products that require patch testing. No treatment will take place without a clear result patch test. However, a patch test is never 100% accurate and allergic reactions can appear and build overtime. Balear Cosmetics does not take responsibility for allergic reactions.
